Although ASA does not offer its own products, you have certainly come into contact with products containing assemblies made by ASA: Whether at hospital, at your doctor, the fire extinguisher, at your local pub, while cooking, washing the hands or cleaning the car. Parts made by ASA are always present, where quality and reliability is needed.

Products and Solutions

We manufacture all parts including the complete processing and surface finishing. All from one source: all necessary tools, devices and dies are produced at ASA. We deliver complete assembly groups and system components in lot sizes of all dimensions. Our capacities are available even on contract manufacturing.

Forging Parts

  • Brass – forging parts, concave or massive parts (gross weight depending on geometry approx. 5 kg)
  • Alloys of varying types (even in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance)
  • Aluminium forging parts – concave or massive, inclusive thermally treating depending on the geometry up to approx. 1,5 kg

Turning parts

  • Made from brass, aluminium, stainless steel, red brass and free cutting steel
  • bar-fed turning parts up to a diameter of 65 mm and a turning length of 280 mm
  • chuck-held turning parts up to a diameter of 220 mm
  • polishable surfaces for following coatings

Cast Parts

  • made form brass, red brass, cast iron, die cast aluminium
  • providing and processing up to a gross weight of 5 kg
